Take a week for God!
“When you said, Make search for my face, my heart said to you, For your face will I make my search."
psalms 27.8
It is often God who takes the first step. Availability is a response from us. A retreat is “a meeting” where God will also be there for us. What a taste! To live in a retreat is to respond to an invitation from the Lord. Blessings and answers await us there for a deepening of our relationship with him.
Do we want to respond to His invitation?

Presentation of the retreats
A retreat is a setting aside chosen by the retreatant to walk in silence listening to the Lord.
It allows you to deepen your relationship with God in silence.
Each retreatant advances on this path thanks to teachings on meditation from biblical texts offered and possibly shared with a guide.
We will live spiritual moments in common (prayers, praise, sharing of the Last Supper ...), but also times of relaxation, contemplation of nature, walks.
What does a retreat in silence bring?
A moment of pause, of rest, of interiority in front of God and of oneself, of breathing in the Word and in nature, of meeting at the edge of the well where one drinks living water.
A time of renewal, of reflection on his life, on his path, on the post-retirement period, preparation to move forward, renewed momentum.
A period of discovery or rediscovery, of responses, of change, of great freedom, of peace, of serenity, of inner joy, of listening, of attention, of knowing Jesus Christ, of strengthening the bond with him, of life in community because we are not alone even in silence.
Several retreatants spoke about the benefit of silence, a silence inhabited by the Presence and the Word.
"A week apart without obligation of material tasks, far from the hassles of everyday life" does good ", and for the body and for the soul". Some retreatants expressed their amazement at the fruits of putting into practice the advice given to better hear and locate the voice of God.
Others reread part of their life journey under the loving gaze of the Father, of Jesus, enlightened by the Spirit. There followed a pacification of the heart with multiple repercussions.
Everyone was surprised at the strength of communion that was established in the group, while everyone was in silence.
Goals and Objectives
It is because the Lord has opened “a treasure” to us through retreats that we in turn wanted to offer this opportunity for deepening in his relationship with him.
The purpose and objectives are found in what a retreat brings.
A stop where we come to give God the opportunity to talk to us, to meet us, to recharge our batteries.
Choice of location
These retreats are taking place, for the moment, in monasteries which allow us to be in a place favorable to a meditation in silence and individual rooms.
The number of participants
About twenty people
Team presentation
Our team has 7 people who have "tasted" and enjoyed the retreats for their own
spiritual life and were trained in spiritual accompaniment in order to give in turn
what they have received and to receive themselves.
How is a retreat
Several meetings.
In the morning and in the evening we meet for a moment together praying. (Reading of a psalm and free prayer from the psalm).
Two or three teaching sessions on learning meditation and on a theme.
Special times (either during the day or in the evening which means that the days are not the same)
A time of accompaniment, free but encouraged.
Daily meditation (proposed work) that each retreatant (in freedom) does and which is a source of spiritual refreshment. Each retreatant will be able to talk about it with his guide.
Meal times, also in silence, where we get to know each other.
The last day is a time when everyone can talk to each other, exchange views and get to know each other out of the silence.
